About Bench Boss Basketball

Youth basketball subs: fair minutes and an alarm you can't miss

What it does

Bench Boss plans your youth basketball rotation so every kid gets their minutes, then buzzes, vibrates and flashes the moment a sub is due — with exactly who comes off and who goes on. Late arrivals, injuries and foul trouble just rebalance the rest of the game.

• Gameday — Tick who's here and tap Start. The rotation is worked out for you: whole-line changes or one, two or three at a time.
• Live game — Sub late, early or not at all and the rest of the half re-spaces itself.
• Board — A whiteboard for timeouts: drag your five and theirs around a half court, draw with a finger or Apple Pencil, and step through a library of 40-odd plays — pick and rolls, out-of-bounds sets, zone offence and defences — starring your favourites.
• Roster — Set your team up once: names and numbers, plus who always starts or plays a bit more or less.
• History — Minutes you can show a parent: each kid's minutes against their fair share, every game and across the season.
